International Links

Woodcroft was proud to have been awarded the Full International School Award by the British Council in September 2010.  We strive to ensure that internationalism is integrated into the ethos of our school through our cross-curricular and extra-curricular links.

Our school organises annual International Weeks, hosts a Swiss student teacher placement programme and is developing ESOL courses as part of a Mayor’s funded project. We are members of NLSIN (North London Schools International Network).

We have links with a school in Nepal, Nagarjuna Academy and Kids World in Kathmandu, and participated in a successful British Council Connecting Classrooms project in 2013 -14 in order to enhance the experience of all students in our school. This involved shared class project work and exchange visits between Woodcroft and Nagarjuna staff. Read our NLSIN article here.
