Key information:

  • Lunchtimes are staggered
  • Children will eat together in their year group
  • Tables will be disinfected between year group sitting

Sustainable Seafood Policy

The menu complies with the new Food Standards which place a greater emphasis on the increased use of wholegrain and starchy foods, pulses, wholemeal products, non-dairy vegetarian options and an increase in the fruit content of desserts. We hope the new menu will be popular.

School Meals are charged at £2.34 per day which represent excellent value for money. Don’t forget, all children Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 can receive a meal free of charge as part of the Governments Universal free School Meal programme. However, it is still important to inform the school if you are eligible for certain benefits or tax credits so that Pupil Premium funding can be applied for you child.

To ensure compliance with the allergens legislation a complete database of all the dishes on the menu is available so you can be reassured about the content of our meals or if you have any queries about the ingredients.


Dietary Safeguarding Procedures

As our catering providers, ISS Facility Services Education is dedicated to ensuring that pupils can enjoy nutritious and delicious lunches which are served safely in healthy environments. Personal Choice Menus

ISS menus are designed to cater for the majority of the school population by offering a
variety of foods in a range of dishes (including vegetarian dishes) on a daily basis. However, some pupils may not be able to choose meals from the standard menu due to personal choices e.g. vegan or additional religious reasons. Personal choice menu options are available in circumstances where standard items are unsuitable. See the documents below for more information.
