SEN Information Report

The governing body of Woodcroft Primary School is responsible for the implementation of the school’s policy for pupils with SEN. As part of this duty the governing body will publish a report outlining how it has complied with this duty. Information will be published, and updated, annually to include any changes occurring during the year. The information required is set out in the SEN Code of Practice 2015 (0 to 25).
