Those that did not take part in the Y6 Residential had an exciting week closer to home. On a visit to the Mill Hill Old Railway Nature Reserve, off Lyndhurst Park, they found some exciting wildlife. Once part of the branch railway to Edgware from Highgate (which closed in 1964) the Wildlife Trust now manages this 1 km strip of land as a nature reserve. They also spent a day at Mill Hill Park and carried out practical art and science activities in school with Mr Russell and Mrs Gignac.
