To help raise money for transport, costumes, set and make-up our J Rock Club have been organising a number of fund raising events.

Those that came along on Saturday and enjoyed games, stalls, raffles, refreshments and much, much more! We hope that you enjoyed your day.

Deputy Head, Mark Russell, helps our cyclists whizz up smoothies for breakfast.

Tuesday 17th May was Cycling Day at Woodcroft. Supported by Sustrans, we started with a ‘Bikers Breakfast’. We had over 30 children who cycled to school enjoy fruits, yoghurt, croissants and brioche. They also got to make their very own smoothie on the ‘smoothie bike’.
After lunch we were joined by Arthur Shearlaw, a ‘Bike It Officer from Sustrans, the cycling and sustainable travel charity, who took assembly and introduced a new competition.
We then ‘Ditched our Stabilisers’ after school with a special learning to ride session for our younger riders.
